The studio sits above a picture framer on Jalan Kiara Hening. It is a short walk from the Mont Kiara shops. Street parking is easiest before noon.

Questions we hear most
Is there a minimum budget?
Most full home projects start around RM 60,000 for the build. This does not include our design fee. A single room refresh can cost much less. If you are unsure, tell us your budget. We will tell you what it can do.
How long does a full home take?
Design usually takes six to eight weeks. The build takes eight to sixteen weeks, depending on scope. We give you a real date, not a guess. Timelines are confirmed after your first consultation.
Do you work with your own contractors?
We send each build to two or three contractors we know well. You see every quote. If you already have a builder you trust, we are happy to work with them.
Can you keep some of our existing furniture?
Yes, gladly. Pieces with a story often make a room better. We measure what you own at the first visit. We design around anything you want to keep.
Do you take projects outside Kuala Lumpur?
Our regular area covers Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. For projects further out, we add a travel fee, agreed upfront. We group site visits together to keep costs reasonable.
