You pay once a year. That is cheaper than paying monthly, and one payment to remember. Prefer monthly? You can, on card, at RM119, RM179 or RM359 a month. Ask us.
What "unlimited changes" means
You send us a change. We make it. No limit on how many you send, and you are never charged per change.
We work on them one at a time (three at a time on Priority). Send a second one and it queues, and you can see its place in line. That is the whole rule. No fine print about "reasonable use".
Text, photos, prices, opening hours, promotions: all included. Need more pages than your plan? Move up a plan. A whole new look is a Design Refresh.
Most Malaysian agencies charge around RM250 to change one sentence.
We charge RM149 a month to change everything, as often as you like.
That RM250 is a real published rate, and RM500 per change is common. Not every agency is expensive. But if you update your site more than once or twice a year, paying per change adds up fast.

Look at the numbers properly: a cheap freelancer build can cost less than WebX over 2 years, and DIY almost always will. A good freelancer also beats us on custom features, and DIY wins if you enjoy building your own site. What the numbers do not show is who does the work when you need a price changed on a Tuesday, and who still replies in year two.
Figures: typical Malaysian freelancer quotes for a 4 to 6 page business site; DIY assumes a standard Wix or Squarespace class plan billed yearly, plus a domain. Cheaper tiers exist with ads or feature limits.
Refunds, in plain words
Not happy after your site goes live? Full refund within 7 days of the "your site is live" email, as long as you have not sent a change request. The site comes down on refund. Renewals refund within 14 days if the new year is unused. Full details in the Terms.
What year 2 buys
Renewal keeps your hosting and https live, your unlimited changes active, your traffic stats flowing and your Website Notes up to date. Your price never goes up because you stayed.
If you miss a payment
We remind you 45, 30, 14 and 7 days before renewal. If the date passes, your site stays online for another 30 days while we keep reminding you. Nobody loses a website over a late invoice or an expired card.
Only after that does the site go offline. Even then, renewing within 14 days brings it straight back at no extra cost.
If you cancel
No contract. Cancel anytime and your site runs to the end of the year you paid for. Then it goes offline, with 14 days to renew at no extra cost, then cold storage (RM99 plus renewal to bring it back) until 12 months after expiry, then deletion.
