There are currently two (2) types of Guardian events in Malaysia: i) Experiential Tasting Events and ii) Exclusive Launch Events
For both the Experiential Tasting Events and Exclusive Launch events, there will be free events and also events that come with a price per head.
If you are an active Guardian, you will get both invitations. Purchase of tickets (paid events) or reservation of seats (free events) via Diineout.com is based on first come, first serve. *subject to availability
The Experiential Tasting of The Glenlivet single malt whiskies will be guided by our Brand Ambassador.
All invitations are sent individually to Guardians directly via email. We would suggest signing-up using your personal email address vs your professional one so that you will continue to subscribe to our mailing list should your professional email change.

Simply ask them to register their interest at www.theglenlivetguardians.com.my or send us an email at [email protected] and let us know the details of your guests(s) to be invited to the next Experiential Tasting Event.
Simply follow the instructions in the email invitation.
Guardians can purchase tickets individually or you can purchase on behalf of your guests.
You MUST provide the following details of your guests upon confirmation of purchase:- i) Full Name ii) Email Address iii) Mobile Number
If you are unable to provide the details of your guests before the event date, we will issue a refund as they will not be allowed to attend the event. Minimum surcharge of 10% may apply.
There will be special promotional discounts from time to time, so make sure you save our email address in your email contact list. For enquiries on special pricing for Guardians, please email to [email protected]
Our email channel operates on Mondays to Fridays between 9am to 6pm and is offline during the weekends.
You will get an immediate confirmation that your purchased ticket(s) to the event has been secured.
An additional email will be sent to confirm the contact details of you and your guest(s) (if any) within 1-2 working days from your purchased/registered date.
Every year, a review will be done of the Guardians activity levels.
Guardians that are considered inactive upon review will no longer be invited to events or have access to limited edition offers, however you will still receive our newsletters unless you choose to unsubscribe or your email address has changed. If you would like to continue receiving our emails, please drop us a line at t[email protected] to inform us of your change of details.
The events are mostly held on a week day, smart casual is good. Preferably no flip-flops, shorts as some of the outlets may impose a dress-code to enter their premises.
The Glenlivet Guardians Experiential Tasting events are customized menus/concepts, we are unable to accommodate personal dietary restrictions/preferences. If the food preference is not suitable for you, stay tuned for the upcoming events and we hope you will find something you like.

If you cancel last minute, sorry NO refunds. As a token of your support, we will be able to give you store credit valid for three (3) months to purchase The Glenlivet whiskies from Diineout Market.
Yes, you can. We MUST have the details of your guest’s – name, email & contact number before the event date. For Guardians who are unable to attend, the credit will still be available on your Diineout account. Login to check your credit balance.
It is free sitting, first come basis. Sorry, we are unable to reserve table booking for groups as we are not a restaurant. We will try to assist the best suitable sitting arrangements for all guests attending.
