Stillframe Studio is a two-person photography practice. We work from a converted shoplot in Kuala Lumpur since 2021.
Our story
Two photographers with one idea about light
Stillframe began in 2021. Han and Alia left a large production house to shoot their own way. Fewer jobs, slower sets, and colour done properly.
Five years on, we shoot packaging, campaigns and lookbooks. Our clients are brands across the Klang Valley. Jobs range from one skincare label to homeware catalogues of over a hundred pieces.
We still work the same way. We shoot test frames before the full set. Clients are welcome behind the monitor. We keep retouching light, so photos still look real.
How we work
Four steps from brief to delivery
The same steps for every job, from six packshots to a full campaign.
The brief
Tell us the product, the deadline and where the photos will go. We reply with a fixed quote and a shot list. The price is set before the date.
Test frames
We shoot test frames of one or two products first. We agree on light and angles while changes are still free.
The shoot
Shoot day follows the approved list. Join us behind the monitor, or check frames from a distance. We add nothing new without your yes.
Delivery
You get your selects within five working days. Each photo is colour-corrected and named to your catalogue codes. You get both web and print versions.
