What we move and what it costs
Delivery, storage, fulfilment and returns. Each one is priced per unit below. Rates are published here and fixed on your weekly invoice.
The four ways sellers use SwiftLane
Next-day and same-day delivery
Our own vans cover the Klang Valley. Next-day has a 6pm handover cutoff. Same-day has an 11am confirmation cutoff. Every parcel is scanned at pickup, at the hub and on the van. Buyers follow one tracking link from first scan to doorstep.
Warehousing and storage
Racked pallet space minutes from Port Klang's terminals. Stock is counted and scanned in on arrival, and shows on your stock report the same day. Monthly counts keep the numbers correct. There is no minimum term after the first month.
Pick and pack fulfilment
Your store syncs orders in through the day. Each evening we pick and pack, in your branded materials or our plain cartons. We print the slip and stage parcels for the morning routes. Per-order costs appear on the weekly invoice.
Returns and B2B distribution
Refused parcels come back through the same scanned trail. We check and restock within two working days, and they appear in the Monday report. Fixed weekly B2B runs carry stock to dealers and outlets with signed proof of delivery.

Rates do not include SST where it applies. Cover above RM 200 in value is arranged for each shipment.
Delivery and storage questions, answered
What is the cutoff for next-day delivery?
Hand parcels to a pickup driver or the Port Klang hub. Do this by 6pm on a working day. They go out on the next morning's routes. Parcels arriving after 6pm roll to the following morning, and the tracking link shows this clearly.
Do you handle cash on delivery?
Yes. Drivers collect COD on your behalf. We match the amount against delivery scans. Money is transferred to your account every Tuesday and Friday, with a line-by-line statement.
Can I use storage without delivery?
Yes, you can. Pallet storage stands on its own at the monthly rate, with in-and-out scans and a monthly count. Many sellers start with storage only and add pick and pack once volume grows.
What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Cover up to RM 200 per parcel is included in every rate. For higher-value goods, tell us the value before pickup and we arrange extra cover for that shipment. Claims are settled within fourteen days.
How do I send you my orders?
Connect your store platform and orders sync in on their own through the day. Or send a spreadsheet or WhatsApp manifest before 6pm. Either way, each order gets a tracking number the moment it is packed.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Our own vans cover the Klang Valley. For other states, we hand over to vetted line-haul partners under the same tracking number, quoted per route before you commit.
