What we do
Six services, fixed fees, one named accountant
Every job starts with a written quote. These are our starting fees. Most clients combine two or three services into one monthly plan.
Monthly bookkeeping
We reconcile your bank feed every week. Accounts close by the 10th. You get a report that says what changed and why.

We prepare and file your Form C and CP204 on time. Tax planning notes come before year end, not after.

SST returns
We handle SST registration, bi-monthly SST-02 filing and record keeping. This is for businesses past the RM 500,000 mark.

Tell us where things stand
We start with a 30 minute call and read-only access to your records. Within two working days, we send a fixed fee quote in writing.
We tidy the backlog
We reconcile old transactions and chase missing documents. We agree opening balances with your previous accountant, if you have one.
Monthly close by the 10th
Each month ends with reconciled accounts and a one-page report. We add a short note in plain words if anything looks unusual.
